Bring Us Your Gear!
Bring your clean & dry items to CTUG for review. We'll complete an intake form, gather your info and pass your item and information to our repair team.
We'll Send You a Quote.
Our team will review your item and provide a quote within one week. Each item is evaluated based on the materials and time needed to make the repair. Shop minimum is $30.
Fix It!
We get to work on your repair! We'll notify you when your gear is ready for pick-up. We have a 2-4 week lead time on gear repair.

Pretty or Purposeful: Discuss with us the quality of repair you’d like! If you’d like a quick, rough and tough yet durable patch up, your quote may be less! If you’d like a seamless repair, your cost may go up!
Reimagine Your Gear: Want to add a pop of color or a unique patch? We're open to creative ideas! You can bring us any external patch to use on your repair.
Storage: We can store your repaired item for up to 45 days. After that, we'll donate it to a good cause.
Color Matching: We do our best to match repair materials to your gear. If a match isn't possible, we'll use black unless you specify otherwise. All zipper replacements are black.
Clean Gear: Please ensure your gear is clean before bringing it in. Extremely dirty or damaged items may incur additional fees or be declined.
Personal Belongings: Please empty all pockets before dropping off your gear. We aren't responsible for lost items.
