Construction Style
We offer two different construction styles in our wallets. The first is stitched seams and the second is sealed seams. The differences of these two methods are outlined below.
Stitched Seams - $12
Our stitched wallet is not seam sealed but still offers some water resistance. Water can enter through the seams if submerged but they'll handle a splash of water or light rain no problem.
Sealed Seams - $18
Our proprietary method of sealing the seams on our wallets leave the sealed version VERY water resistant. Our seams are not taped or glued but rather bonded together to create a permanent seal.
Every stitch has the opportunity to leach water into a seam. Our bonded sides have no stitches, therefore no leaks. The small braid of a zipper is the sole reason we classify our bonded wallets as VERY water resistant, not waterproof.

We use waterproof Xpac and water resistant zipper but we only seal our seams on the "Sealed Wallet".
BOTH of these wallets are water resistant and NOT water proof. The sealed version is VERY water resistant while the stitched version is mildly water resistant.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. Both versions of this wallet are only water resistant. The sealed version is much more water resistant. We recommend avoiding submerging either of these wallets but the sealed version has kept it's contents dry during quick submersion tests.
It all depends on your use case. The stitched version will be great for everyday use and the occasional hike. The sealed version would be ideal for thru hiking, skiing, boating or other activities that might pose more water risk.
This wallet will fit credit cards, folded cash, chapstick and change with room to spare. Most vaccination cards will fit inside of our wallets though it can be a snug fit. Passports will not fit.
