WATER RESISTANCE
- We use waterproof Xpac and water resistant zipper but we do not seal our seams. Therefore the bag is water resistant, NOT water proof.
Customers have said they hold up well under a light to medium rain. We recommend removing water sensitive items from the fanny pack if you're in a steady, heavy rain or have a ziplock handy inside of the fanny pack.

which size fanny pack should i buy?
We offer 3 sizes of Fanny Pack here at CTUG, the 1 Liter, the 2.5 Liter and the 4 Liter. Most long distance hikers are happy with the 1 Liter or the 2.5 Liter, while a few prefer the 4 Liter.
The 1 Liter is great for just the essentials, the 2.5 Liter packs a bit more for those that don't want to stop to snack, and the 4 Liter lets you take just about everything but the kitchen sink.
