CTUG Inventory Notice

Hello! Thank you for your interest in our gear, we genuinely appreciate each and every one of our customers and want to help as many fellow trampers as we can by creating high quality products that are both durable and lightweight.

Unfortunately, we are limited in how many products we can make and have decided to no longer sell items if they are not in stock. We have instituted this policy for the following products: Phone Pockets, Chest Pockets and Water Bottle Sleeves. Before this new policy, we would allow customers to purchase the items and wait through long lead times until we made a batch of gear and were able to fulfill the order.

This new policy means that lead times will be shorter on these products, but you will not be able to purchase the item if we do not have it in stock. We are continuing to grow our output by hiring new employees and hope that within a few months we will be able to sustain a substantial inventory. Until then, we hope you understand our limitations and are able to find something that will suit your needs on our website.

The product pages for these items will be able to tell you how many of the selected product are in stock, but if you switch the color or size of the product, you must refresh the page (Control + R) in order to refresh the counter to the current selection.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this new policy will cause, but it is the best way to give ourselves the extra time needed to build up our inventory and continue to meet lead times on our other custom gear.

Thank you again and happy trails!

CTUG Price Rise Notice

You may have noticed that on May 31st our prices went up on the following items: Wallets, Chest Pockets, Phone Pockets and Water Bottle Sleeves. Chicken Tramper is growing steadily as more hikers find our gear online and due to this, we've had to make some adjustments.

We're still a small company but we are growing quickly. We've recently moved out of our apartment and into a large building, we have 6 employees now, and all of this comes with an increase in overhead costs. We hope the hiking community will understand and still find that the quality and durability of our products make these new prices worth it.

Thank you for reading and happy trails!
